Students' Work: Catenoid and Helicoid

A helicoid can be deformed continuously into a catenoid and back into a catenoid. This gives a one-parameter familiy of locally isometric minimal surfaces.

Created by Borbala Gerhart (2010) using POV-Ray - The Persistance of Vision Raytracer.
